Managing My Package Orders

Track and Oversee Your eStore Plan Subscriptions

Keep an eye on the subscription plans your customers have chosen to ensure continuity in service and support.

Accessing Package Orders

To review your package orders:

  1. Log into your dashboard.

  2. Click on 'My Package Orders' in the sidebar.

Overview of Package Orders

  • You’ll find a record of all the plans that users have subscribed to.

  • This might include information on the plan name, the user's details, the subscription date, and the status of the subscription.

My Payment Logs

  • Under 'My Payment Logs', you can view the transaction history for each package order.

  • This log will typically display payment amounts, dates, methods, and statuses.

Managing Subscriptions

  • Use this section to ensure that subscriptions are active and payments are up to date.

  • Address any payment issues or expired subscriptions by contacting customers directly.

  • If applicable, manually update the subscription status once any issues are resolved.

Best Practices for Subscription Management

  • Maintain clear records of all transactions and customer communications.

  • Offer easy-to-find support for payment issues or questions about plan features.
