Users Manage

Users Management

Overview

The 'Users Manage' section of your eStores dashboard is where you can oversee and manage your customers' accounts. This area is crucial for maintaining customer relationships, analyzing customer activity, and ensuring a high level of service.

Accessing Customer Management

Here’s how you can manage customer accounts:

  1. Log into your dashboard.

  2. In the sidebar menu, click on 'Users Manage'.

Features of Customer Management

  • View Customer List: See a list of all registered customers, their contact details, and other relevant information.

  • Customer Profiles: Access individual customer profiles to view detailed information such as order history, preferences, and feedback.

  • Account Management: Activate or deactivate customer accounts, reset passwords, and assist with account recovery.

Interacting with Customers

  1. Search and Filter: Use the search function to locate customers quickly or use filters to sort them by various criteria like registration date, order history, etc.

  2. Edit Customer Details: Modify customer information to keep accounts up to date or to correct any errors.

    • Click on the customer profile.

    • Choose ‘Edit’ to change details such as email address, phone number, or any custom fields.

  3. Manage Communications: Send messages or emails to customers directly from their profile for targeted communication.

Customer Account Actions

  • Create Accounts: Manually add new customer accounts if needed.

  • Delete Accounts: Remove accounts that are no longer active or are fraudulent.

  • Export Data: Generate reports or export lists of your customers for further analysis or marketing campaigns.
