The 'Coupon Manage' section is a strategic tool for creating promotional codes that offer discounts to your customers, incentivizing purchases, and rewarding customer loyalty.
Accessing Coupon Management
To create and oversee your eStore’s coupons:
Log into your dashboard.
Click on 'Coupon Manage' from the sidebar menu.
Choose 'All Coupon' to view current coupons.
Overview of Coupons
Bulk Action: Implement actions for multiple coupons at once, such as activating or deactivating them.
ID: Unique identifier for each coupon.
Code: The specific code customers will enter at checkout.
Discount: The value or percentage off provided by the coupon.
Expire Date: The date the coupon will no longer be valid.
Status: Indicates if the coupon is active for use.
Creating New Coupons
Add New Coupon: Click the ‘Add New’ button.
Enter the title of the promotion.
Define the coupon code customers will use.
Choose what the coupon will discount: specific products, categories, or total purchase.
Set the discount amount or percentage.
Select the expiration date for the coupon.
Set the status to ‘Publish’ to activate the coupon immediately.
Configuring Coupon Details
Carefully set the parameters for coupon use to align with your promotional goals, such as minimum purchase requirements or applicable items/categories.
Determine if coupons can be combined with other offers or if they are exclusive.
