Accessing Newsletter Management

To manage your newsletter subscriptions:

  1. Log into your dashboard.

  2. Click on 'Newsletter Manage' in the sidebar menu.

  3. View 'All Subscribers' to see everyone signed up for your newsletter.

Managing Subscribers

  • Bulk Action: Perform actions like deleting subscribers or exporting contact lists.

  • ID: Each subscriber’s unique identifier.

  • Email: The subscriber’s email address.

  • Action: Options to edit subscriber details or remove them from the list.

Adding New Subscribers

  • Add New Subscriber: Manually add a new subscriber to your list.

    • Enter the email address and click ‘Submit’ to add them to your newsletter.

Sending Newsletters

  • Go to 'Send Mail to All' to start creating your email blast.

  • Craft your message with a compelling subject line and a personalized message.

  • Utilize the rich text editor to format your email and make it visually appealing.

Hint for Email Delivery

  • To ensure reliable delivery of your newsletters, set up SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) with your eStore.

  • Navigate to the email or SMTP settings (often found under 'General Settings') and enter the details provided by your email service provider.

  • Test your SMTP settings to confirm that emails are sent successfully.

Best Practices for Newsletters

  • Segment your subscribers to send targeted emails based on interests or behavior.
