Form Builder Management

Create Tailored Forms for Any Need

Use the Form Builder to create custom forms for your eStore, whether for contact, feedback, surveys, or registrations.

Accessing Form Builder

To build and manage forms:

  1. Log into your dashboard.

  2. Select 'Form Builder' from the sidebar menu.

  3. Click 'Custom Form Builder' to start creating or editing forms.

Overview of Form Builder

  • Bulk Action: Perform actions on multiple forms, like deletion or duplication.

  • ID: Each form's unique identifier.

  • Title: The name of the form displayed to users.

  • Action: Edit, delete, or preview your forms.

Creating New Forms

  • New Form: Click this button to craft a new form.

    • Assign a title that clearly identifies the form's purpose.

    • Add the necessary fields such as text boxes, radio buttons, checkboxes, or dropdowns.

    • Customize the form settings like confirmation messages and redirection after submission.

Managing Form Submissions

  • Go to 'All Form Submission' to see all the data submitted by users through your forms.

  • Review submissions regularly to respond to inquiries or gather insights.

Best Practices for Form Building

  • Keep forms user-friendly and only ask for the information you need.

  • Place forms strategically on your site to maximize visibility and conversion.

  • Make sure to follow up on form submissions to engage with your users and customers.
