Accessing Testimonials
To manage your customer testimonials:
Log into your dashboard.
Click on 'Testimonial' from the sidebar menu.
Overview of Testimonials
Bulk Action: Execute actions such as publishing or unpublishing multiple testimonials at once.
ID: A unique identifier for each testimonial.
Image: The customer's photo or a related image.
Name: The name of the person who provided the testimonial.
Designation: Their job title or role, if relevant.
Company: The name of the company they represent, if applicable.
Status: Indicates whether the testimonial is currently visible to store visitors.
Action: Edit or delete the testimonial.
Adding New Testimonials
Add New Testimonial: Use this button to submit a new testimonial.
Enter the customer's name, their designation, and the company name if relevant.
Upload a corresponding image to add authenticity.
Write or paste the actual testimonial text.
Set the status to 'Publish' to make it live on your eStore.
Editing Testimonials
To adjust the details of a testimonial or correct any errors, use the 'Edit' button.
Update the testimonial content, customer information, or the image as needed.
